This leatherette fabric is a good alternative for leather.  It is high quality, soft feel and malleable.  It has a worn leather look to it and will work well to cover table coverings, table protectors, desks, speaker cabinets, dining chairs.

Having the vintage look makes this vinyl great for vintage chairs, seating, sofas, couches, stools. The material has a little stretch and has enough of a thickness so it does not tear.
